Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2011 and a notice posted again on March 25, 2011, and permission granted to meet during bill referral on March 30, 2011, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by Chairman Dutton, at 3:04 p.m.
