Pursuant to a notice posted on March 10, 2011,  revised on March 10, 2011 and March 11, 2011, and permission granted to meet during bill referral on March 16, 2011,  the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by Chairman Dutton, at 12:00 p.m.
