Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2012, the House Committee on Transportation met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 11:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Harper-Brown; and Lavender.

 

(Representative Darby now present.)

 

(Representative McClendon now present.)

 

The Committee toured the Port of Houston and its facilities.

 

(Representative Fletcher now present.)

 

At 3:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
