Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 16, 2011, and permission granted on May 16, 2011, to meet while the house is in session, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 16, 2011, to consider SB 669, SB 760, SB 1219, SB 1270, SB 1605, SB 1743, SB 1907, SJR 26, and pending business, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 5:21 p.m.
