Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and
permission granted to meet while the house is in session on May 28, 2011, the
House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was
called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 5:10 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:

and Workman.
A quorum was present.

Representative Farias moved to no longer adopt
congratulatory resolutions honoring campaign workers.
