Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2011 and an
announcement from the House floor on March 8, 2011 granting permission to meet
during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Rules &
Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the Chair,
Representative McClendon, at 11:57 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
