Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2011, and permission granted to meet while the House was in Session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 11:34 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives McClendon; Parker; Farias; Harper-Brown; Charlie Howard; Perry; Sheffield.

 

A quorum was present.

(Representative Gonzalez, Naomi now present.)

 

(Representative King, Tracy O. now present.)

 

(Representative Lozano now present.)

 

Chairman McClendon discussed the committee rules and procedures for reviewing the resolutions referred to the committee.

 

At 11:41 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
