Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 2011, and pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule on May 2, 2011 to allow the committee to consider HCR 83 and SB 258, and pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule on May 3, 2011 to allow the committee to consider SB 1518, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 6:40 p.m.
