Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 27, 2011, and pursuant to permission granted for the committee to meet while the house was in session on April 27, 2011, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 4:57 p.m.
