Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2011,  and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 13, 2011 for the committee to consider SCR 5, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 5:30 p.m.
