Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2012, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a joint hearing with the House Committee on Border & Intergovernmental Affairs and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, Sid, at 11:35 a.m.

Interim Charge #3 examines the extent of interstate coordination concerning border security and intelligence sharing and determine whether any changes to state law are needed to enhance such coordination and cooperation.
