Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2011,  revised on March 31, 2011 and with permission granted on April 4, 2011 to meet while the house is in session during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety, Subcommittee on Law Enforcement issues, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Fletcher, at 2:55 p.m.
