CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 9, 2011, the House Committee on Public Health authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Health held on May 3, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2011 and granted permission to meet while the House is in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 9:48 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Alvarado; Coleman; Davis, Sarah; Gonzales, Veronica; Laubenberg; Schwertner; and Zerwas.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 167 as pending business.

 

Representative Naishtat offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
