CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 4, 2011, the House Committee on Public Health authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Health held on April 28, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 21, 2011,  revised 2 times on April 28, 2011, a suspension of the five-day posting rule to consider HB 3387 on April 28, 2011, and pursuant to permission granted for the committee to meet while the house is in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 6:13 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Alvarado; Coleman; Gonzales, Veronica; Laubenberg; Schwertner; and Truitt.

 

A quorum was present.
