Pursuant to a notice posted on April 21, 2011, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 8:15 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Alvarado; Coleman; Davis, Sarah; King, Susan; Schwertner; Truitt; and Zerwas.

 

A quorum was present.


 

HB 2505

 

The chair laid out HB 2505 as pending business.
