CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 12, 2011, the House Committee on Public Education authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Education held on March 15, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 10, 2011, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Eissler, at 2:03 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Eissler; Hochberg; Allen; Guillen; Huberty; Shelton; Smith, Todd; Strama; and Weber.

 

A quorum was present.


 

HB 135

 

The chair laid out HB 135 as pending business.

 

Representative Hochberg offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair recognized Representative Villarreal to explain the committee substitute for HB 135.
