Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 4, 2011 and permission granted to meet while the house is in session, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 4:30 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ritter; King, Tracy O.; Beck; Creighton; Larson; and Miller, Doug.

The chair laid out HB 3859 as pending business.

 

Representative Miller, Doug moved that HB 3859, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
