Pursuant to permission granted to meet while the house is in session and announcement from the house floor on April 21, 2011, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, at 11:57 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson; Hancock; Elkins; Farias; Harper-Brown; Larson; Marquez; Orr; and Scott.

 

A quorum was present.


 

Representative Harper-Brown moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee:  HB 1146, HB 1451, HB 1649, HB 1853, HB 2004.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Elkins moved that the following measure be transferred over to the House  Calendars Committee:  HB 230.  The motion prevailed without objection.
