Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2011,  and a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule on May 2, 2011 to allow the Committee on Land and Resource Management to consider HB 3860 and SB 402 upon final recess, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliveira, at 7:10 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Oliveira; Kleinschmidt; Anchia; Anderson, Rodney; Brown; Garza; Lavender; and Margo.
