Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2011, and being granted permission to meet while the House is in session during bill referral on April 4, 1011, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliveira, at 3:04 p.m.
