CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 5, 2011 and May 9, 2011, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence held on April 28, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on April 28, 2011 to hear HB 352, HB 823, HB 910, HB 1777, HB 2096, HB 2415, HB 2492, HB 2531, HB 2876, HB 3123, HB 3454, HB 3562, HB 3856, HB 3858, and SB 43, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Jackson, Jim, at 6:12 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Jackson, Jim; Lewis; Bohac; Davis, Sarah; Raymond; Scott; and Woolley.
