Pursuant to a notice posted on April 13, 2011, and pursuant to a suspension of the 5 day posting rule on the House Floor to hear HB 910, HB 2096, HB 2876, and HJR 126 on April 18, 2011, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Jackson, Jim, at 4:25 p.m.
