Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2011, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Barratry, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Scott, at 8:12 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Scott; and Madden.

 

A quorum was present.
