Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2011, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 1:39 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Eiland; Hancock; Nash; Sheets; Taylor, Larry; Torres; Vo; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 207.

 

The chair recognized Representative McClendon to explain HB 207.

 

Representative Taylor, Larry offered a complete committee substitute.
