Pursuant to a notice posted on March 10, 2011, and a suspension of the five-day posting rule to allow the Committee on Insurance to consider HB 2818 on March 15, 2011, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 1:39 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Eiland; Hancock; Nash; Sheets; Taylor, Larry; Torres; Vo; and Walle.
