Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 18, 2011, and permission granted on May 18, 2011 to meet while the House is in Session during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 5:25 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives: Raymond; Morrison; Gonzalez, Naomi; Laubenberg, and Naishtat.

Representative Laubenberg moved that SB 220, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
