Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2011, and pursuant to suspension of the 5 day posting rule to add HB 2402, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 8:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Sheffield; Berman; Flynn; Landtroop; and Scott.
