Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2011,  and a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule on March 1, 2011, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 4:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Branch; Alonzo; Brown; Howard, Donna; Johnson; Lewis; and Patrick, Diane.
