Pursuant to a notice posted on March 9, 2012, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Transportation to study the environmental review process for transportation projects and monitor the implementation of reforms newly passed by the 82nd Legislature, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 9:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smith, Wayne; Burnam; Legler; and Lyne.
