Pursuant to a notice posted on April 21, 2011, and permission to meet while the house was in session, during the referral of bills on April 26, 2011, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 7:18 p.m.
