Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 11, 2011, and permission to meet while the House was in session, during the referral of bills on April 11, 2011, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 2:40 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representative Smith, Wayne; Farrar; Aliseda; Burnam; Chisum; Legler; and Lyne.

Representative  Smith, Wayne moved that the March 30, 2011 minutes for the House Committee on Environmental Regulation be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
