Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2011, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Environmental Regulation and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 2:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Keffer; Crownover; Carter; Davis, John; Howard, Charlie; Lozano; Sheffield; and Strama.

 

A quorum was present.
