Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 30, 2011, and permission granted to meet while the house was in session during bill referral on March 30, 2011, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 3:05 p.m.
