Pursuant to a notice posted on November 28, 2012, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 10:30 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gallego; Aliseda; and Carter.

 


 

The Committee met to hear invited testimony regarding interim charge number six: “Study current driving while intoxicated laws, examine enforcement options used nationwide, including requiring interlock devices after a first offense as well  as current fees or fines, and make legislative recommendations.”

 

(Representative Rodriguez, Eddie now present.)

At 12:12 p.m., on the motion of Representative Gallego and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
