Pursuant to a notice posted on April 21, 2011,  revised on April 21, 2011,  and a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule on April 26, 2011, to consider HB 605, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Will Hartnett, at 7:26 p.m.
