Pursuant to a notice posted on August 22, 2012, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 10:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Marquez; Gooden; Hamilton; and White.

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Walle, Representative Allen, Representative Miles, Representative Sarah Davis,

 

Representative Farrar and Senator Ellis were also in attendance.
