Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule to consider HB 3832, SB 303, SB 1906 and pending items on May 13, 2011, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 9:52 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Gonzales, Larry; Hamilton; Jackson, Jim; Smith, Wayne; and White.

Representative Coleman moved that SB 303, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
