Pursuant to a notice posted on March 11, 2011, the House Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Madden, at 2:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Madden, Allen, Cain, Hunter, Marquez, Perry, White, and Workman

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 200 as pending business.

 

Representative Parker offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair recognized Representative Parker to explain the substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
