Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 4, 2011, and having been granted permission to meet while the house is in session on May 4, 2011, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 7:46 p.m.

Representative Hunter moved to return HB 1161 to the Committee on Culture, Recreation, Tourism.  The motion prevailed without objection.
