Pursuant to a notice posted on April 13, 2011,  revised on April 13, 2011,  and a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule on Thursday, April 14, 2011 to hear HB 2254 and posted items, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the

chair, Representative Deshotel, at 8:42 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Garza; Miller, Sid; Quintanilla; and Workman.
