Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session during bill reading and referral on April 4, 2011, the House Committee on Border & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Veronica, at 3:12 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Veronica; Weber; Alonzo; Gonzales, Larry; Hardcastle; and Simpson.

 

A quorum was present.
