Pursuant to a notice posted on April 21, 2011,  and a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule to consider HB 3647 on April 26, 2011, and being granted permission to meet while the House was in session on April 28, 2011,  the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pitts, at 6:08 p.m.
