Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Articles VI, VII, & VIII,  met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 7:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representative Darby; Gooden; Johnson; Miller, Doug; Riddle; Torres.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 12:00 p.m., on the motion of Representative Darby and without objection, the meeting was recessed until adjournment of the House or if permission is received until the reading and referral of bills. 

 

The committee received permission to meet while the House was in session during reading and referral of bills and reconvened at 2:35 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby.  The quorum call was answered as follows:  Representative Darby; Miller, Doug;  Gooden; Johnson.

 

A quorum was present.
