Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Article III,  met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 7:16 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representative Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Morrison; Patrick, Diane; Villarreal.

 

A quorum was present.

At 12:48 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until House adjournment or if permission is granted during the reading and referral of bills, or in any event no sooner than 2:00 p.m.

 

The committee reconvened at 2:24 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg. The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representative Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Morrison; Patrick, Diane; Villarreal.

 

A quorum was present.
