Pursuant to a notice posted on March 16, 2011, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hardcastle; Howard, Charlie; Isaac; Kleinschmidt; Landtroop; and Miles.
