Pursuant to a notice posted on February 23, 2011, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hardcastle; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Howard, Charlie; Isaac; Kleinschmidt; and Landtroop.
