Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 7:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Gooden; Johnson; Miller, Doug; and Torres.

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 9:56 a.m., on the motion of Representative Darby and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 30 minutes after the House adjourns or the reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:22 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Johnson; Miller, Doug; and Torres.

 

A quorum was present.
