Pursuant to a notice posted on August 13, 2012, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Homeland Security and Public Safety and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 10:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; and McClendon.

 

A quorum was present.
