Pursuant to a notice posted on August 13, 2012, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 11:17 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Margo; and McClendon.
