Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 1:06 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; and Shelton.

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 1:50 p.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was adjourned until 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 23, 2011.
